Rosaline — Antique Belle Époque Figurative Porcelain Lamp
Rosaline is an antique table lamp composed of a figurative porcelain base depicting a delicate young woman, imbued with grace and softness, dating from the early 20th century (circa 1900–1930).
Her slender silhouette, captured in a suspended gesture, evokes the feminine figures that once adorned refined interiors — between silent boudoirs and softly lit salons.
Her lampshade has been entirely reinvented in the atelier using luminous white silk, delicately adorned with pale pink floral lace. Its scalloped silhouette is highlighted by traditional ivory trim, while fine glass bead tassels, hand-mounted one by one, accompany the light with a delicate and shimmering movement.
When illuminated, Rosaline diffuses a warm and enveloping glow, softened through the lace and animated by the subtle reflections of the beads. The ensemble creates an intimate and hushed atmosphere inspired by early 20th-century European interiors.
Placed on a bedside table, writing desk, or console, she becomes a soft luminous presence, ideal for a Belle Époque, boudoir, or light academia interior.
